    Knob does not fit

    The cheap plastic insert in the knob is too small for the metal pin on the Vent-a hood stem (yes, I know that the metal pin has one end which is flat.) I called and left a message for assistance, and sent an email with photos explaining the problem. No answer from so-called “customer service.“ Very disappointed.
