  • The Vent-A-Hood® Starter Socket (P1106) is a component that holds the FS-2 starter in Vent-A-Hood® range hoods equipped with fluorescent lights.

    Key features:

    • Compatibility: Compatible with FS-2 starters.
    • Function: Holds the starter in place.
    • Removal: To remove the starter, turn it counterclockwise.
    • Bulb: Replace the fluorescent bulb with an 18 inch, 15-watt T8 fluorescent bulb (Vent-A-Hood® part number P1120).
    • Replacement Starter: Replace the starter with an FS-2 type starter (Vent-A-Hood® part number P1105)
